"For all those who
expect sleeping and eating restrictions, exhausting workouts
like dragging sandbags or “unconscious” buddies for hours, night
“attacks” or drills the whole day, you will be disappointed by
this course. If you are looking for a course that enables you to
work successfully in executive protection by adapting the
material that you have learned and trained this is the right
course for you. In addition to a one week paramedic course that
ends with a three hour written and practical exam, acknowledged
and certified by the South African government, the theoretical
part that contains more than 25 topics is another “learning”
challenge. Additionally, close combat, advanced driving and
intensive shooting training aren’t neglected. The last week
combines the theory with the praxis in several outside
exercises. Without a doubt Johannesburg is a challenging and
suitable environment!
I have done several
close protection courses in different countries with different
emphasis and. I can highly recommend this course as a foundation
or as a refresher because it is much more than “shooting, close
combat and formation drill”. This course challenges both the
physical and intellectual abilities of the students. You
take a lot home from this course that you can apply to your
daily work in a variety of areas!" Tom - CPO Germany
"I look back upon the
experiences shared and gained upon this thorough and
rigorous course. I have attended a vast array of courses
related to this sector and this has got to be right at the
top; very much focussed on the application and true real
life scenarios. The mere fact that we were trained in
paramedic procedures for Close Protection and elements in
the highly applicable environment says a lot about the
length the trainers have gone to in order to structure a
realistic program. The experience gained here is most
certainly a valuable asset to any individual who fulfils the
course. The interaction with the trainers and fellow
candidates gives reason for greater learning. The beauty
about this course is its ability to form the desired
fusion with all varied
experiences and successfully enhance the candidate to be
better verse in roles covering Close Protection. I have a
very seasoned background in the military and private sector
and it goes without saying, I have certainly gained a lot
privately and professionally from attending this course.
Everything you will do on the course from paramedic duties,
shooting and else serve a purpose. Thus if you seek a course
which will prepare you for what is out there and how to best
address potential challenges then I would certainly
recommend this course to you."

“Frenchy” - Former Legionnaire and US Marines
"As
an experienced Infantry Soldier (Pte - WO2) I was delighted to
find a training provider that identified & improved my
"transferable" skills! Every module had sound theory teaching,
backed up by practice & testing to a standard unique to the
venue! Where else could you administer emergency first aid to
gunshot & machete victims whilst on a training course? The final
exercise was physically & mentally challenging with a finale
that was unexpected by everyone - Including the exercise
director..... Great course, great firm! If you're considering
CPO/PSD work, consider this course! (Oh & did I mention that, as
it was my resettlement course, it didn't cost me a penny?)" Alan
